Reece Building Consultants have undertaken many weathertightness assessments over a variety of building types. Most recently we have been involved in preparing assessments and reviews for the Ministry of Education as part of their weathertightness remediation programme. These engagements have taken us to many locations in the lower South Island. The investigations include both destructive and non-invasive testing with the subsequent reporting being highly detailed in order to meet the Client’s requirements.
